Swanage Regatta. Saturday, 25th June. Manning Safety Boat.

 

You will be aware that Swanage Regatta, due to take place Saturday week - 25th June - is an Association run event with most Hants & Dorset ARA Clubs making a contribution to its organisation and administration. 

Thanks to those contributing clubs and individuals most of the requirements to stage the regatta are in place - however we do still have one major safety related concern which we are struggling to resolve. We need to have three safety boats afloat - and these have traditionally been provided by Lymington, Christchurch and Poole Rowing Clubs - and they can all provide boats again but we need some help manning the Poole boat which will be driven round and taken back but it needs to be manned during the day. So we are looking for suitably qualified volunteers (RYA2) who can do a spell in the safety boat - and we may be able to work round any rowing commitments you have. Any help would be appreciated. 

Provisional Results & Championship Table after Christchurch Regatta

The provisional Result Spreadsheet and Championship Table up to and including Christchurch Regatta can now be downloaded from the H&D ARA Web site - at www.hdara.co.uk - go to the Results tab.

These are provisional results and are subject to confirmation and clarification. If you spot any errors - and there will be some - please E Mail the Association Secretary - Steve Bull - on stephencbull@gmail.com - so they can be checked out and corrected.

Woolston Regatta. 23rd July, 2016

The entry information for Woolston Regatta on the 23rd July and can now be downloaded, in pdf format, from its respective entry on the H&D Calender on the home page of the H&D ARA Web site - at www.hdara.co.uk

Their respective entry closure date has also been added to the calender - with details attached.

Swanage Regatta. 25th June, 216 - Draft Program

The draft Program for Swanage Regatta on Saturday, 25th 2016 - along with a separate list of crew/sculler names, the Car Park Map/Instructions and a note on the Captains briefing can now be downloaded, in pdf. format, from it's Calender entry on the H&D ARA Website - at hdara.co.uk

A hard copy with the trailer parking permit will be posted to the names and address on the entry form early next week.
