Hi-lights from H&DARA AGM on Saturday, 19th March, 2016

• Pete Staddon of Christchurch is the new Association President.
• New Club - Dolphin R. C. based in Emsworth on the Hants/Sussex border affiliated.
• Novice promotion - stays the same - single win in fours, two wins in small boats.
• Fees remain the same.
• New start procedure ( no "set" command) to be trialled at Coalporters and Ryde Regatta's.
• Full minutes will be circulated and published on line in due course.

Ref. BTC River & Coastal HORR. Saturday, 26th March, 2016. Due to lack of entries there is a risk that this event may have to be cancelled. The cut off for entries has therefore been extended to 6.00pm tomorrow evening - Monday, 14th March - after which a final decesion will be taken.
