Hard copies will be circulated to all Clubs, events, Executive Officers and Life Vice Presidents in due course.

Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 9:43PM 13. - If the umpire has disqualified a crew or is otherwise dissatisfied with the proper conduct of a race he shall hoist a red flag at the end of the race in which case the judges shall make no announcement of the result until the decision of the umpires has been notified to them. An umpire will only hoist a red flag during the race if he wishes to stop the race. [Amended March, 2013].
The rule change clarifies when a red flag should be used to stop a race - and brings the rule in-line with current practise.
Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 9:26PM Following on from the work of the Rules Sub Committee a new Hants & Dorset ARA constitution was approved at the Annual General Meeting of 9th March, 2013 - that replaces the Associations General Rules. These will be circulated to all Clubs in due course - but can now be downloaded from the Rules section of the Web Site in - pdf. format.
