M27 CLOSURE SAT-SUN 29th-30th June

The M27 will be closed this coming weekend between J3 (M271) and J5 (Southampton airport) for a replacement bridge to be installed.
If you are travelling to Southsea regatta please allow time for the diversions around this area.
The A35 at Redbridge roundabout will be busy as there are major roadworks there at present, and you will have to go through central Southampton.
It might be worth coming off the M27 at J3 and going towards Romsey, then North Baddesley, then Chilworth (roundabout) down Bassett Green Road which would bring you back to the M27 (J5) Sot’on Airport.
