South Coast Rowing Championship 2014 Organising Committee. Change of Chairman

Unfortunately, due to pressure of work the Chairman of the Organising Committee - Kevin Ayles - has had to stand down from this role, although he remains a member of the committee. John Purkess, of BTC Rowing Club, has stepped into the breach and taken over as Chairman of the the organising committee. John has just stepped down as Chairman of the Hants & Dorset ARA, is a Hants & Dorset ARA Race Official, officiating at a number of South Coast Championship Regatta's  and has served on previous South Coast Championship organising committees as well being the Regatta Secretary of Southampton Town Regatta for many years - so he has plenty of experiance and knowledge to bring to the role.
