There is a Clean Sport workshop taking place on the 9th April at Shoreham Lifeboat Station and encourage your rowers and coaches to register before the closing date (2nd April 2017). Please do make every effort to attend, now is the best opportunity to be brought up to speed on a topic that is very important, relevant and topical.

Itchen Eights & Fours Head Cancelled.

Good evening All. 

I am very sorry to say that we have decided to cancel Sundays head race. 
We have to assess using the worst case wind forecast, and that shows strong and potentially sinking wind conditions. 
I'm very sorry but safety does come first. 
We have waited to what we feel is the latest notice we can give, especially for those clubs overseas (well, the Isle of Wight)

BTC & Wessex & South East Coastal RRC Boat Launch

B.T.C. (SOUTHAMPTON) ROWING CLUB. You are invited on behalf of B.T.C Rowing Club and the Wessex & South East Coastal Regional Rowing Council to their New Coastal Four Launch On Saturday 25th March 2017

Arriving 10.30am Launch at 11am At B.T.C Boathouse, Crosshouse Road, Southampton, SO14 5GZ.

We would love a representative or more from your club to attend the launching of the first Wessex Craft Racing Boat designed by Design Craft Ltd and Funded by Wessex & SE CRRC. A presentation will be made, then the

boat's first race followed by refreshments in the Clubhouse. Club blazers or smart casual. Bar Drinks and Buffet will be available on the day.
