Christchurch Head of the Stour, Sunday 23rd February - CANCELLED.

Christchurch Rowing Club have advised that due to the forecast over the weekend they have been forced to CANCEL the Christchurch Head of the Stour, scheduled for Sunday, 23rd February.

Women's Training Day - Strength and Conditioning - 5th April Lymington ARC

The next Women's Training Day installment is set for the 5th of April at Lymington ARC (many thanks to Kirsten amd LARC). The focus is Strength and Conditioning. We will be starting at 10am again. Finish time is set for 4pm but like last time we may well finish early depending on the group.
