Movement Patterns! British Rowing’s Performance Talent Coach, Richard Poole will be holding a Women’s Training Day focusing on movement patterns. Learn to move more powerfully and efficiently to perform a stronger stroke. The Performance Talent programme works with coaches and rowers to help them develop. At the workshop, you’ll work with experienced coaches from across England to learn how rowers can reach their full potential whilst coaches can learn techniques to take back to their squads. Coaches are encouraged to attend with their rower; however, rowers may attend individually. Hants & Dorset Annual Dinner Presentation- 2nd November 2019.

 

Good afternoon everyone,  I’ve had this list of names from Steve Bull, so I’m hoping this email reaches the correct people, In advance I thank you very kindly!  Attached are this years menu choices, I would be grateful if you all could print off some copies and place within your individual clubs to attract attention for this years dinner dance enabling people to sign up.  As you can see the menu includes a full Vegan menu along with two other choices  per course that can all be adapted for gluten and dairy free. I hope this suitable suffices everyone’s needs, if not please contact me.  The adult price is £28.50 and the children’s is £14.50 under 12  The evening starts at 7pm and everyone to be seated by 7:30pm promptly hopefully this will give us more time for the disco. Please collect your members menu choices and place them on to tables of 10 larger tables will also be acceptable.
