2019 South Coast Championships, Dartmouth, Saturday, 14th September, 2019. Entry Forms.

The 63rd South Coast Rowing Championships and the South Coast Open and U16 Rowing Regattas are to be held at Dartmouth on Saturday, 14th September, 2019 and information relating to the entries was sent out by Hilary Bastone on the 12th July which included the events on offer and the conditions of entry the closing date for which is 5.00 p.m. on Saturday, 24th August, 2019. Entry fees must be sent with the entry.  Entries are £4.00 per seat and can be paid with cheques payable to Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club or by bank transfer to sort code 30-98-69 for account Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club 01190950.

I queried with Hilary what entry form was to be used as none has been supplied - and he advised me that we should use our standard H&D ARA entry form - however our standard entry for - being Excel based with various H&D Specific "drop-downs" dose not lend itself to being used for the 2019 Championship.

I have therefore put together some entry forms for the H&D ARA Clubs based on the 2017 entry forms and these have been E Mailed to the H&D ARA Clubs. They consist of an Open Events Entry Form, a Junior Events entry form and an Entry Amendment form. There is also a Championship Entry form but this has not been circulated as it will only be used by the Association Secretaries to make the Championship entries.

Please use these forms for your entries to this years South Coast Championship Regatta. These forms can also be downloaded from the H&D ARA Web site - www.hdara.co.uk    Got to the downloads tab - 2019 Information.

The entry details for the 2019 South Coast Championship regatta at Dartmouth on the 14th December have now been published - and Club Secretaries should have received an E Mail from Hilary Bastone with the details. If you have not they are available (less conditions of entry) from The Calender Entry on the H&D ARA Web site at www-hdada.co.uk

Entries close at 5pm of the 24th August and Clubs should use the standard H&DARA Entry form.
